This policy describes how Royal Flush Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning ("Royal Flush") collects, uses and protects personal information sent through this website.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect what you provide: your name and phone number, your email address and the job address if you give them, whether the property is residential or commercial, the service you need, any details you include, and any photos you choose to attach. With a quote request we also record how you found this website, such as the search engine, listing or link you came from, so we can see which ones bring customers in. When you use our feedback page we collect your name, how to reach you, your rating and your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about your quote request or question.
- To plan, schedule and carry out the work you ask for, including confirming travel and minimum charges before dispatch.
- To follow up after a job, including asking how it went.
- To keep a record of the inquiry for our own business administration.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Photos
Photos you attach to a quote request are usually reduced in size by your browser, then stored securely with your request so Royal Flush can see the job before calling you back, and deleted after 12 months. Only attach photos of the job itself, and avoid photos that show people or personal documents.
Calls, texts and email
By sending a form you agree that Royal Flush can contact you about your request by phone call, text message or email. Texts relate to your request and any work we do for you, such as replies, appointment details and follow up after a job. How many texts you receive depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions pass through a spam filter and are sent securely to the business systems we use to manage inquiries, so we can respond. If you use the chat window on this site, your messages go to the same system. Those service providers only process the information to provide their service to us.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to you, carry out any resulting work, and meet our record keeping obligations. Photos are deleted after 12 months, as described above.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Third party services
We count visits to this website with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. Your browser keeps your light or dark mode choice, and for the current visit how you arrived, so the quote form can include it.
This website loads its own fonts and images, so browsing it does not send your details to a font or image service. Links on this site may lead to third party services such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and Financeit, whose own privacy policies apply on their sites.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
